Any product* can be returned within 30 days, without giving any reason for it. Please fill out the form below or in case you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us by email.

*Exception are products made to order according to customer requirements. These products can NOT be returned.
In the case of a refund decision, you will be refunded the full or partial amount for the goods paid on the account from which you made the initial payment.
Goods returned must be in good condition, unused or damaged. If they have already been dismantled and partially or fully used, compensation fees will be charged.
The delivery fee will be paid by the buyer and the products will be shipped only to our address (not through post offices).
We undertake to refund your money within 10 business days.
