How to order online?

To place an order in our shop, you have two options:
1. In order to buy the product you want, click on the link with the product name in the catalog (or on the product picture), select the size, followed by the button "ADD TO CART". Then press the "COMPLETE ORDER", fill in your details and send your order.
2. You can use the "Search" bar by entering 2 or 3 descriptive words (e.g. bracelet, onyx, gold, silver).

You can complete your order either by logging in or as a visitor.

If you want to create an account on the Velar, use the "SIGN UP" button.

Is there a possibility to return products?

Any product can be returned within 30 days, without giving reasons for the return. Please fill Return Form or in case you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

Receive orders by phone or e-mail?

Orders can be placed by e-mail at contact@velar.ro. They cannot be taken over the phone at the moment.

I can add, delete a product from a sended order?: Unfortunately this action is not possible. If you still change your mind, you can cancel the order from your account, or you can write us an email. If you cancel, you will get your money back in a few days. In the meantime you can place another order which you will have to pay again.
I placed an order, but have not been contacted for confirmation.

Confirmations are sent by e-mail in seconds. When an order is processed correctly, at the e-mail address you used, you will receive a copy of the order and your shopping cart will not contain any products. You will also receive a separate payment confirmation.

We guarantee the quality of the products on Velar?: All products sold on Velar are new and quality, purchased from authorized manufacturers / suppliers, both in Romania and abroad.

They are according to the presentation pictures, and the name of the material from which they are made, as well as other details, are included in the detailed description.

Most of the products are handmade by us or by our suppliers. Silver jewelry are purchased from authorized manufacturers / suppliers, both in Romania and abroad.

How to choose the right product for me?: We have a very wide range of products, therefore we have tried to make your choice as easy as possible by creating diversified categories. So you can easily find the products recommended by us, depending on what you are looking for, depending on age, event, season.
