Product Warranty
Precious metal products purchased from ALLURE TANSOR SRL, known online as Velar.ro/en, are accompanied by warranty certificates*, attesting their authenticity and quality. Authorization of activity with precious metals ANPC Romania No. 12496 / 01.2023.
*12 months warranty from purchase for products made of precious metals.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by knocks, improper wear or handling. Also, the warranty does not cover products with lost pins, such as: balls or links etc. The warranty certificate is drawn up in accordance with the laws in force. All accessories made of precious metals are marked with our own guarantee mark Gold 333 (8k), 585 (14k), 750 (18k) and 925 (Ag).

The warranty claim must contain the name and surname on which the order was placed, the order number, the code or name of the defective product and detailed photographs of the product.
**The shipping fees will be paid by the buyer and will be communicated by email at the time of the discussion. It depends on the location (both lifting and delivery charges).
According to the European O.G. 21/1992, the warranty consists in the free remedy of the defects occurred to the products within the warranty period and which are not attributable to the consumer. The consumer's rights are in accordance with the O.G. no.21/1992 republished and with the LAW no. 449/2003, as well as with the subsequent modifications.
The consumer's rights are not affected by the warranty conditions set out in the Warranty Certificate.
